It happened last Friday afternoon.Since I needed to make? formula milk, I gave? ?my baby your chew toy? ?to keep him busy. Incident Description:
I would like to report the Kiddieland Disney Baby Princess Activity Ride-on toy.
The seat of this toy is a lid to a storage compartment beneath the seat. Little fingers can get caught and smashed as the lid closes and a rider sits on the seat. This almost happened with my toddler and I ended up tapping the seat closed so the kids could not open the lid/seat.
Kiddieland also has this same type of storage seat on other of their ride-on toys....

We were using a Mickey Mouse bubble machine and it stopped after awhile. I thought he three batteries needed replacing. Upon opening up the bottom compartment I could tell the batteries were extremely hot, so hot the plastic label on the [REDACETD] AA batteries were split open.

My neighbor, an adult man of average height and weight (in other words, BELOW the maximum weight limit of 200 lbs. as indicated on the water slide), went down the water slide on his stomach. Though as far as I can tell the slide did not deflate in any way, my neighbor hit the cement underneath the bottom of the slide.
