Incident Description:   My daughter was sleeping in a Simplicity Ellis 4-in-1 crib. I was unaware of the recall. The crib contains the metal tubular bars. My daughter became stuck inbetween the mattress support and the railing of the crib.

Incident Description:   The Simplicity 4 in 1 convertible crib that we purchased from Target in 2006 is very loose and wobbly now. We have "converted" it many times through two children.
