Incident Description:
GE has multiple failures of responsibility and risked my safety. This isn't an isolated incident of missing minimum
expectations and standards. They have not taken responsibility nor ownership for resolving an appliance fire known and
under recall for that specific issue. GE has ignored the following failures.
1. Acknowledge and take ownership this was a known fire hazard risk recall and the appliance caught fire anyhow.

Re: Samsung Refrigerator model RF23HSESBSR/AA. I was sick with digestive issues and chronic diarrhea for over a year until discovering that my refrigerator was making me sick. After hearing that Samsung Refrigerators are known for unsafe temperatures among other issues, I purchased two thermometers to ensure the temperature inside the fridge was the same temperature as the panel showed. Incident Description:
This caller is reporting his dishwasher which he states that the upper rack is pulled out on gliders.
He is reporting that the connector that attaches the upper rack to the gliders is faulty, could easily break instantly causing the rack to drop, presenting consumer with a sudden, heavy weight and potentially lead to users to be injured by either the rack hitting their hand or possibly glasses or dishes breaking, also potentially causing cuts.

Recall Description: The timer is designed to be mounted on a wall and plugged into a 120V outlet. It has an outlet on the underside for the appliance plug. Consumers can program the device to turn lights and appliances on or off at desired intervals. The word "Timex" is printed on the front door of the timer and on the dial inside. A label on the back includes the words "Model Number: 12/810."

Incident Description:
My Bosch diswasher was running a cycle and caught on fire. Our smoke detector woke us up from sleep, and we were able to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher.

Incident Description:
I investigated a fire caused by a heat gun purchased from Temu.com. The Item ID is CY535883, and the item is identified on the website as "1 Set 110V US Heat Gun 1600W Fast Heating for Vinyl Wrap, Crafting, Shrink Tubing, Paint, Epoxy Resin, Overload Protection Hot Air Gun Kit Nozzles". The appliance was plugged in, but had not been used in over 3 days. Homeowner discovered the appliance on fire and extinguished it. The fire was limited to the appliance of origin.
