59 YOF consumer reported that the candle in a glass jar was burning when glass cracked on the rim of the jar at home. The candle had burned about 25% with 75% remaining in the jar when the incident happened. The product was not listed in the recall. No reported injuries.

  • Incident Description: I have a Chesapeake Bay 19oz 2-wick candle, the exact model name is 2-Wick 19oz Jar Candle Jasmine Bouquet - Home Scents by Chesapeake Bay Candle. It has only burned about 25% down, there is about 75% of the candle remaining. While the candle was burning, the glass cracked on the rim of the jar. The candle was purchased from Target in March 2023, and is not one of the candles listed in the recall from that time period.
