Incident Description: Bought a bed from Walmart.com, Heavy Duty Metal Twin Bed Frame with Under Bed Storage - 14 Inches High, Sturdy Steel Slat Support, No Box Spring Required, Platform Bed Frame. For a long time we were not using this bed but about month ago I assembled it and started using. We realized that there is gap where the support bars rest. Therefore they started to fall off. One day when my wife was sitting on the bed (with mattress on it), suddenly 4-5 bars fell off and my wife went inside the bed. Her back sustained heavy injury with because the back was cut open by the bar resting metal. It it a fairly deep would and we have been nursing it for a while. It has been a trauma not only physical but mental too. Please do something about this product. We communicated this the vendor company but they said, they need a box of the product, since its been a while we purchased it, we don't have a box.
