  • Incident Description: The consumer purchased several pieces of furniture on different dates starting on December 31, 2023. Around January 15, 2024, she started getting sick whenever she walked into the room. Her eyes were stinging, and she became nauseous. When she left the room, she felt better. On April 11, 2024, the consumer home-tested about five of the pieces for formaldehyde. All of the five pieces tested for high limits of formaldehyde.
