  • Incident Description: Re: Samsung Refrigerator model RF23HSESBSR/AA. I was sick with digestive issues and chronic diarrhea for over a year until discovering that my refrigerator was making me sick. After hearing that Samsung Refrigerators are known for unsafe temperatures among other issues, I purchased two thermometers to ensure the temperature inside the fridge was the same temperature as the panel showed. The temperature inside my refrigerator fluctuated between 48º and 64º despite the refrigerator panel saying the temperature was 37º.
