The mattress & box spring that has 10 year warranty was breaking down after 4 days. It's sunken in completely down to the broken box spring about 17 inches deep & a 4 ft. circle wide. It also squeaks loud. My 14 YO daughter has back problems now & has to see a chiropractor.

  • Incident Description: The Messina pillow top, a Brigham collection mattress and box spring that has a 10 year warranty was breaking down after 4 days. Month after month it got worse. It's sunken in completely down to the broken box spring approximately 17 inches deep and a 4 feet circle wide. It also squeaks so loud I can hear her moving through the vents. The noise wakes her up. My daughter has back problems now and has to see a chiropractor. She can't sleep so she failed her second half of the online school year. We contacted the seller 4 times. The first time the first week, the 2nd time, 2 weeks in, and then, months later. This was supposed to be the best mattress in the store.
