27 MOM was taking a nap in his crib. He moved his right foot while trying to fall asleep; his right foot god lodged in the last slot and became stuck. He was unable to get his foot back out due to way last slat is designed. This has happened 2 more times.

  • Incident Description: My 2 year old was taking a nap I'm his Munire Urban crib. He moved his right foot while he was trying to fall asleep his right foot got lodged in the last slot and became stuck. My son was unable to get his foot back out due to the way the last slat is designed( gets tighter as it goes down). My son was scream and I had to Manuela lift his foot to free it. This has now happened 2 more times. I do not feel this is a safe crib and I will be purchasing him a bed ASAP. I have read online of this issue happening with other children in which some children broke bones. Please look into this. Thank you
