  • Incident Description: report of ryobi ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Cordless Multi-Tool unsafe feature . The on/ off trigger does not stop after hand release from used or accidental drop tool . I accidentally nip my hand and drop the tool while it on and it almost landed on walk-by bystander head . luckily , it just a few inches from landed on his head , if it did landed on his head , it would be seriously cause injury or even death while tool is on . this tool need to be off the market , until switch/ trigger is resolve .
