10 YOF was exited above-ground pool via ladder & foot slipped, causing upper body & face to fall into water & legs tangled in ladder frame. She had difficulty getting face out of water & sister was able to help. Girl had bruises on upper thigh & scratches to lower legs.

  • Incident Description: My 10 year old daughter was exiting an above ground pool on the ladder that came with it. Her foot slipped, causing her upper body and face to fall into the water. Her legs became entangled in the ladder frame and she had great difficulty getting g her face out of the water. Her sister was there and took action to assist immediately. Result was bruises on the upper thigh and scratches to the lower legs.
