Twice 2 YOM was put in stroller. He was well under weight limit for unit. Comsumers checked locking system & it was weight bearing. On both occasions stroller collapsed underneath boy, with him strapped in. 2nd time he fell backwards & hit back of head. He didn't get 1st aid.

We checked the locking system and checked that it was weight bearing. 2 year old is well under weight limit for product.
