  • Incident Description: I recently purchased the "new style" Philips Avent Natual bottle nipple in size "Flow 3" meant for 3 month old babies. My baby was unable to get any milk flow whatsoever from this product. I then went online and saw recent reviews from all major retailers on this product and they all say the same exact thing. These need to be taken off the market ASAP as they can cause harm to young babies by not allowing them to feed properly.
