- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. WubbaNub takes safety very seriously – it is a priority for our company. Our company has been manufacturing and wholesaling our products for 20 years. Our products are designed to comply with all requirements for pacifier safety. Further, our products are tested by UL LLC, an independent, certified test lab. In an effort to understand consumers’ concerns, WubbaNub investigates any CPSC data base incident reports. As part of this investigation, we require the product be returned to us for examination and evaluation. In addition, we encourage customers to provide detailed information about the incident by sending an email to us at customerservice@wubbanub.com. In this case, the customer did not reach out to us directly, however, they did provide contact information on saferproducts.gov; we will reach out to the customer for additional information.
