The consumer stated that she set down her 3-MO son in the baby swing and turned it on. After a few minutes, she found that the baby had gotten the non-removable head support/pillow turned. It was folded up under his head and his face was pressed into the fold.

  • Incident Description: I was using the Fisher Price Little Snugabunny Cradle and Swing when this happened. At the time I had set my baby down, turned the swing on, and walked away to do some chores. I was only gone for a few minutes when I came back and saw that my baby had gotten the head support/pillow (which is not removable) turned. It was folded up under his head and his face was pressed into the fold. He was turning back and forth to get his face out of the fold. He was OK but I am very concerned that due to the way the head "pillow" is attached to the swing that a baby could get it trapped/folded, get their face in it, have their breathing restricted, and die.
