The consumer indicates that he poured ice and water in a glass from his refrigerator before bedtime. In the morning, the consumer woke up and noticed that there were transparent plastic pieces laying in the bottom of glass checked his refrigerator and noticed that its auger was indeed broken and that the plastic pieces in his glass came from the auger itself.

The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and explained the situation; the representative he spoke sent him a replacement ice bucket free of charge. The consumer advised the representative that the auger should be made from a different material so as not to break, or not be transparent so that it can be identified if poured in a glass. The representative informed him that there was no need for this as he was the first person to ever complain about the issue.

The consumer plans on keeping his refrigerator for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
