Consumer reported that the bedroom set she purchased is off-gassing toxic chemicals which is causing health problems such as eye irritation, respiratory problems, throat burning, fainting etc. She stated that after opening the furniture the odor was extremely strong, she tried to ventilate the room but it has been 2 months and the smell has not dissipated.

Consumer stated that the overwhelming odor has caused her to feel dizzy, faint like symptoms that she had closed the bedroom door and has to be sleeping on her sofa. She has received medical advice from her physician to not be around the product producing the chemical odor.

The company was contacted and she feels that they had been taking too long to deal with the situation. She stated that she received a letter stated that she should provide her address however, since she had moved out of the state it was difficult to assist. The store that is about 2 hours informed her that they could not assist her. Currently due to come assess the furniture September 13th.
