> Hola
> Soy [REDACTED]

> Saludos

Hello
I'm [REDACTED] live in Argentina. In December 2013 buy a britax b-agile. For your safety, exactly. After much searching and reading countless comments I decided that britax was the stroller I wanted to have for my baby.My son was born on [REDACTED] and before he turned TWO MONTHS of life, the car seat flew through the air, literally. Just as it sounds. It flew through the air. Thanks to God and to him that was tied nothing happened to him, more than 12 hours in a hospital studying it to see if it was not bleeding inside. After being able to take courage to face the situation, call britax and report everything that had happened to me. They never believed me, I know. Never, I think I lost more than a month of my life with claims and others. But I know that they never believed me because they told me that they had never reported something like that and that I certainly had not heard the click, that I hooked the car seat with the stroller. So Sure I'm listening to that click and I did everything right today that time gives me the reason. You just have to know how to wait.Yesterday I received an Amazon mail informing me what britax I was informing. That there had been faults in some strollers, and by accident, mine was one of them. They put it back to me, that is, they just changed it. And it was not easy because they did it only because of my insistence and because I traveled to the United States, but they would never have replaced it, since they never believed me. Besides that in Argentina is not britax, only reseller. My son is alive, thank God, but I did not manage to get the image of the car seat flying and going around a ram and imagining what could have happened. Clearly the episode I traumo, and much.Oh, and the stroller I got changed, never use it. I gave it. Because I'll never trust you again. A pity. I hope that over the years they have changed.Below I resend the email that Amazon sent me.I expect an answer and a refund soon.regards [REDACTED]

Comment from Britax Child Safety Inc 4/11/2017
Britax Child Safety, Inc. seriously considers all reports related to product safety. Britax also investigates any reports of harm posted to the CPSC database. In this particular matter, the consumer has contacted Britax and the company has issued a request to return the stroller for review. The stroller has not been received. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer further comment on the specific product at this time. As always, we encourage consumers to register their products and to contact our Customer Service Department during ordinary business hours to provide product information and address product complaints. The B-Agile stroller travel system with Click & Go receivers is also the subject of a recall campaign announced by the CPSC in February 2017.

CPSC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of the Publicly Available Consumer Product Safety Information Database on SaferProducts.gov, particularly with respect to information submitted by people outside of CPSC.
