The consumer stated that the compressor was replaced on November 30, 2016 because the unit was not cooling.

The consumer stated that she noticed in February that the unit stopped making ice. The consumer called for repair again. An appointment was scheduled for dispatch but the unit started working again. The appointment was canceled.

Around February 28th, the unit stopped making ice nor was it cooling. Another dispatch was scheduled. A repairperson came out on 3/9. The consumer stated that the technician added Freon.

(03/10/2017) The consumer stated that around 12 noon,3:30pm and around 5pm, she ate some food from the refrigerator. The consumer noticed later that the unit was not cooling at all.

The consumer stated that later on 3/10, everything in the refrigerator was thrown out.

(03/11/2017) The consumer stated that on Saturday she woke up about 7am. She was throwing up and had diarrhea.

No medical attention was required.
