Caller purchased her top loading washing machine in May 2012 and had no problems with it until around November/December 2012 time frame during which time the machine began rocking, jerking, becoming very unstable.
Her model number is on one of the CPSC recalls but the serial number does not match any on recall.
The manufacturer sent a tech repair person who conducted a repair that slowed the washer down but since that time the machine has slowly gotten more and more unstable.
The washer now is rocking side to side, moving from the position where it is set.
The caller is afraid for her one year old baby whom she keeps away from the area but who is fascinated by the walking, rocking washer.
She is asking that her washer be repaired or replaced at manufacture expense because she sees it as a severed safety hazard.

At this date there have been no injuries to report
Caller contacted the manufacturer on February 12th, 2014.
She did not document the name of the representative she spoke with but has created a report with them.
