Tourismo Single Jogging Stroller
We bought the Schwinn Tourismo Single Jogging stroller for my husband to use with our son. When it arrived I noticed that the breakline was secured to the frame with untrimmed zip ties. Now that it is warmer my son has been wearing shorts in the stroller they have left large scratches on his knee.

Dear Consumer:

We appreciate feedback on our products for any potential safety or quality concerns. Unfortunately we do not have specific information regarding the model number and date code for your particular stroller, so we are not able to fully comment. However, we do suggest that you trim the excess off the zip ties, turn the ties so the head is behind the tube, and then cover the ties with tape. All of our strollers are designed and tested to pass the ASTM F833 Safety Standards for Strollers which includes evaluating the product for any sharp points or edges. On the latest models the brake cable is attached to the frame with a plastic clip and then covered by the stroller material. The clip is not easily accessible or exposed to the child.

To help us better understand your concern, please contact our Customer Service department at or call 1-800-626-2811.
