Consumer place the oven on self clean for about 3-4 hours. Consumer heard a sound and was unsure of what the sound was. She looked in the kitchen and didn't notice anything because the oven was locked and still being cleaned. Once the cleaning function was complete the oven unlocked and she noticed the glass cracked in the window. Consumer thought the door began to condensate.

She states a glass panel in between the door broke. Pieces have shattered because consumer's left middle finger was cut. Though consumer is unsure of how it happend.

The consumer spoke with the retailers department 12/31/12 (rep's name unknown).
The information was documented and a report was filed. An appointment has to be made by the consumer to have a repairman service the range. The consumer was told there were 3 layered glass panes in the door. The middle layer of glass has cracked completely.

The middle left finger was ran under water and pressure and band-aid was applied.

There were no damages to report.
