10/1/2010 This date is an estimate
(12/1/2012) The consumer stated that she told her son to turn on the stove to heat up some chicken. He pushed the indicator up which automatically goes to 350 degrees. The stove immediately made an explosion noise and sparks came from the electronic clock where you increase the temperature. After the explosion the clock fell into the top part of the stove. The consumer stated that she tried to turn the stove on and nothing works.


(12/1/2012) The consumer stated that she called Sears to get the stove replaced. A repair person was scheduled to come out on 12/4 but did not show up. The consumer stated that she call Sears again 12/4/2012. She was given the CPSC number to call.
