I have a Maxi Cosi Foray stroller model number 01446 and when pushing this stroller, the front wheels keep getting stuck sideways causing the stroller to flip forward . Even ater replacing the front wheels, its continuing to do this. My child has been facing me every time this has happened, and I have caught it preventing any major injuries, but my fear is one of these strollers will flip with someones baby/child in it and cause serious injury.
