I have a GE Oven, and after only a couple years, the burner elements all stopped working. I have had to replace them a couple times, and I realize the wiring underneath is MELTING or BURNING OUT! Of course that needs to be replaced as well.

I have by now invested in so many new parts, and I need to REINVEST because the burners I bought a year or so ago are not working again!

This oven is not good to own, I feel it is a danger.

I think it should be recalled.
I have called GE and they do nothing. They sent a man out but he was not allowed to replace the parts unless I paid for them. I got a better price if I replaced them myself.

I also have made a copy of a webpage where other people have experienced the same thing. The wiring melts !

Here is the webpage.

Thank you for your help.

I still own it. I can't afford a new stove, so I have to replace the parts and hope that it's safe enough to keep.
