My wife picked up a new box of Cascade ExtraAction dishwashing detergent from the floor and one side of the plastic handle slid out of the box where it was attached. The box dropped approximately two feet down, landing with one corner on the top of her foot. The impact of the box corner broke her skin and scraped her foot where it slid down, leaving a bruise and significant pain for a week. The box was labeled with a net weight of "5.10 kg (180 oz) 11.25 LB" and the glue attaching the handle was clearly inadequate for the weight of the full box.

We're using the detergent, so we still have the box.
