    Incident Description: Lit a Yo Yo sparkler and the whole sparkler erupted into a ball of flame and shot down into the hand holding the sparkler. This happened in less than a second. Dropped sparkler immediately. Serious burns to the hand. Went to the E.R. for treatment.

    Incident Description: On July 4, 2015 my niece was lighting a YOYO metal sparkler and the flame shot backwards and sounded like a rocket severely burning her hand. We saw a recall for this product on July 9, 2015 on a DFW news page on Facebook.
