    Incident Description: Hairdryer abruptly stopped working. Sometimes the plug falls out of the sockets, so I made sure it was firmly in the socket. I bent over to continue blowing my hair dry, and the hairdryer arched. It burnt a hold through my shirt and burned my abdomen. The ... (More)
