    Incident Description: i was blowing my yard and the blower sucked up my shirt from the bottom mulch feature and in the process cut my finger there is no guard or safety switch to keep the mulching feature off until need like on all the other leaf blower/vacs i have owned

    Incident Description: When cooking dinner the left fron burner did not shut off when I turned it off. I was burnned, dinner was burned, pot was burned. The burner did this several more times when turned on. I had to wiggle the knob a lot to get it to shut off.
