    Incident Description: Washing machine exploded while washing sheets, parts flied out denting other appliances near by, top part of the machine came loose, water spilled out.

    Incident Description: The transformer cord burst into flames on the counter today. It was plugged into the wall, but not into the [REDACTED] TV. Fortunately we were home. No injuries. Please prevent this from happening to someone else. It could have been tragic.
