    Incident Description: The gas cook top is DACOR SGM365. There was an electrical fire under the right rear burner. One of wire burnt through, causing the insulation of one wire to split open, charred other wires and also the gas tubing. This caused a "no spark" problem.

    (2/26/2015) Dacor’s customer contacted us in January 2015 at which time we assisted the customer and resolved the issue for them. This unit was an OEM product and was discontinued from our product offering in 2012.

    Incident Description: We recently performed the self-clean feature on our Dacor range oven. When the cycle was finished and we opened the door, the inside glass panel was shattered in a honeycomb pattern.
