    Incident Description: the iron has a gap between the soleplate and the body of the iron. A belt loop from a pair of pants became entangled and I was burned trying to extricate it.

    Incident Description: Rowenta Electric Iron model#DX8906 made in Germany. While unit was in use it sparked, flamed, fizzled and smoked. Glad no one or thing was hurt by this dangerous condition.
