    Incident Description: The product was being used as normal to dry hair when the wire split at the top of the cord and sparks appeared. The product then failed to work and flames appeared at the split in the cord.

    Incident Description: I was using my Revlon Ionic / Ceramic / 1875W blow dryer when sparks and flames suddenly came out of the place where the cord connects to the device. I dropped it on the floor and unplugged it.
