    Incident Description: Was drying my hair when the hair dryer started to stop and then start again. It did this several times. Then it stopped and sparks came out of the cord where it connects to the dryer.

    Incident Description: When using my Revlon hairdryer today, sizeable sparks/fire were emitted from the dryer. My natural reflex was to drop the dryer, thereby burning my carpeting. I did not suffer an injury. I have reported this incident to Revlon and am awaiting a response.
