    Incident Description: My daughter was drying her hair when their was a flash and a ball of flame came out of the dryer my wife ran to her and threw a blanket over her head because she was afraid the flame would ignite her hair. No injuries,hair dryer does not work.

    Incident Description: While styling my hair the end where the cord comes out emitted a large orange spark (small explosion). I was not injured but it did leave black marks on my hand that was holding the curling iron. The cord is now severed from the curling iron.
