    Incident Description: The strollers' wheels lock up and will not turn. The wheel then gets stuck, the stroller lurches forward and baby falls forward with the stroller's momentum. The wheels are defective and then will not "snap" back into place.
    Business Comments:
    (6/15/2012) Our customer service supervisor has e-mailed the consumer. We will bring the Vela to our facility in Ft. Wayne, IN and either repair it or replace it.
