    Incident Description: I went to plug in my phone tonight and when I touched the charger I was burned. The charger was a bit scorched, very hot, melted and bubbly in appearance. I didn't notice anything unusual prior to touching the cord. No foul odor or smoke or anything.

    Incident Description: Our LG Gas dryer started to leak gas into our home when it was not in use. Kind of scary. We had it fixed. The valve assembly failed and needed to be replaced. Not sure if this is a widespread problem.
