    Incident Description: The front left burner did not turn down or turn off in response to me trying to adjust the heat level. I had to attempt to turn it off 2-3 times before the burner element finally turned off. (It was at high heat when this happened.)

    Incident Description: I have a Kenmore ceramic cooktop that sometimes it failed to turn off after being switched off. It had happened many time and the only way I can turn it off is to throw the breaker. It just happened again today 5/14/2011. Luckily, nobody got hurt.
