    Incident Description: Light bulbs in refregerator compartmant do not go off and get very hot, melting and damaging surrounding plastic.

    Incident Description: Consumer stated that she opened the refrigerator and there was an odor of burnt plastic, then she noticed the plastic housing around the bulb had fallen down and was scorched. The light bulb was removed but she is not sure what could have caused this ... (More)
