    Incident Description: I was vacuuming carpet in my house on 9/13/2016 when I saw smoke coming from the connection between power nozzle and the Connection Pipe Assembly. Connection Pipe Assrmby had melted causing smoke and had I continued vacuuming a potential electrical fire.
