    Incident Description: On several occasions the vacuum cleaner started by itself - once during the day , and twice in the middle of the night. The cord was plugged into the wall plug. In all instances there were people home to unplug the vacuum cleaner.

    Incident Description: Our kenmore dryer makes brown "burn marks" on our clothes. This happens very regularly and ruins much of our wardrobe. It also seems to be a possible fire hazard.
